Role Overview

As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our market reach. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales initiatives, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, including doctors, hospitals, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall business objectives.
• Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Appoint new distributors and identify new business opportunities to enhance market penetration.
• Foster strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, medical institutions, and distributors to drive brand loyalty and sales.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the sales team and Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) to achieve team objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and monitor competitor activities in the region.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers to maintain cash flow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and refine strategies.
• Coordinate with the Head Office regarding orders, dispatches, product availability, and customer requirements.
• Execute promotional activities aimed at increasing product awareness and driving sales growth.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Healthcare, or Pharma Sales.
• Experience in handling distributors and institutional sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Hyderabad healthcare market.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
