Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in sourcing new clients for our gold loan products, fostering customer relationships, and driving business growth in an assigned geographic area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Source new customers for gold loan products through field visits, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
2. Conduct client meetings and product presentations to effectively demonstrate our services and generate business.
3. Implement innovative marketing and sales strategies to fuel growth in the designated area.
4. Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure high levels of service satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Ensure compliance with all operational and documentation procedures in line with banking guidelines.
6. Assess gold quality, weight, and carat using standardized tools and processes to guarantee loan security.
7. Stay informed on gold loan policies, lending terms, and competitive market activities.
8. Build and maintain relationships with partner banks to support business generation efforts.
9. Manage balance transfer cases from initiation to closure, coordinating with bank staff to ensure efficient fund return processes.

Salary
