This position is pivotal in driving success within the dealer channel, focusing on account planning, sales growth, and robust relationship management. The role requires no direct customer interaction, allowing for concentrated efforts on the dealer network. Previous experience in solar dealer-channel sales is essential for this role to thrive.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\nKey Account Management\n- Manage and develop assigned key solar dealer accounts, ensuring growth and satisfaction.\n- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealer owners and decision-makers.\n- Prepare and execute business plans tailored to each account, fostering strategic goals.\n\nSales & Performance Management\n- Drive secondary sales and monitor the achievement of monthly and quarterly performance targets.\n- Regularly assess dealer sales, stock levels, credit exposure, and outstanding balances to ensure fiscal health.\n- Oversee inventory management to promote healthy stock rotation and optimization.\n\nChannel & Market Development\n- Design and implement dealer-specific trade schemes, promotions, and incentive programs that enhance our brand presence.\n- Increase brand visibility and product availability at dealer points while monitoring competitor activities and market trends.\n\nOperations & Coordination\n- Work closely with internal teams for seamless order processing, logistics, billing, and collections.\n- Provide support for dealers in resolving technical, service, and operational challenges.\n- Ensure compliance with company policies and channel norms.\n\nReporting & Documentation\n- Maintain thorough records of dealer interactions, sales performance, and feedback for strategic insight.\n- Prepare periodic reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, sharing relevant market intelligence.\n\n### Tech Stack\n- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint\n- Experience with CRM tools for account and sales management\n\n### Salary\n**₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month**\n\nThis is a full-time and permanent role within a growing renewable energy organization, offering competitive compensation and the potential for career advancement as a Key Account Manager or Business Manager.
