Role Overview

We are searching for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Representative with proven experience in field sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the air purification, HVAC, and IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) industry. You will have the critical responsibility of generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our high-quality air purification solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various methods including field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Promote and sell our air purification solutions, including fresh air units, HVAC-related products, and standalone air purification systems.
• Establish relationships with architects, MEP consultants, facility managers, EHS managers, procurement teams, builders, hospitals, schools, and corporate clients.
• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable air purification solutions tailored to their specific environments.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations to potential clients.
• Generate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and effectively close sales deals.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Work collaboratively with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer expectations are met.
• Maintain thorough and accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and changing customer requirements to stay ahead in the industry.
• Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while representing the company professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
