Role Overview

The Sales Training Specialist role is a unique opportunity for fresh graduates from Pharma and Life Sciences backgrounds to embark on a career in healthcare sales. This role is part of a structured training-to-hire program designed to equip graduates with essential skills through a 15-day comprehensive training module that includes both classroom and on-field training phases.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Classroom Training (4 Days | Navi Mumbai)
Participants will engage in:

• An overview of the company, the healthcare industry, and genomics diagnostics.
• In-depth training on product portfolio and molecular diagnostic solutions.
• Interactive sessions focusing on healthcare sales techniques, doctor interactions, and pitching skills.
• Grooming and field-readiness sessions to prepare candidates for real-world interactions.
• Product-based knowledge assessments and evaluations.
• Travel reimbursement for two-way travel expenses up to ₹2,500, provided proof of travel is submitted.

Phase 2: On-Field Training (For candidates shortlisted after Phase 1)

• Experience hospital and diagnostic centre visits.
• Participate in doctor meetings and engage in real client interactions.
• Learn about territory management and field execution under the guidance of Regional Sales Managers.
• Gain practical exposure to healthcare sales in real-time environments.

Expectations Upon Completion

• Successful candidates will receive an Industry Training Certificate from Haystack Analytics.
• A stipend of ₹5,000 following the completion of the 10-day Phase 2 training.
• A full-time job offer contingent on final evaluations and feedback from Regional Sales Managers.

Additional Information

• Participants are required to arrange for their own accommodation during the training period.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel across India for work assignments.

• Participants discontinuing midway will not qualify for benefits and must adhere to all outlined requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on training completion and role transition into a full-time position)
