Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted Marketing Cloud Subject Matter Expert within the organization.
• Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to assess and recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, DevOps, and solution design specific to Marketing Cloud.
• Translate complex technical concepts for a varied audience, aiding in comprehension and strategic planning.
• Identify capability gaps in standard product features and propose customization solutions.
• Influence executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technology strategy and business objectives.
• Develop tailored playbooks aligning with customer success engagement, addressing unique Marketing Cloud opportunities.
• Foster strong connections with both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating organizational growth and partnerships.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between ₹208,333 - ₹291,667 per month, reflecting industry standards for technical architect roles in the Indian market.

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, implementing enterprise software solutions in Marketing Cloud.
• At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with specific hands-on experience in WhatsApp campaigns and email campaigns.
• Minimum 2 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance best practices.
• Proficient in Marketing Cloud Engagement scripting languages (AmpScript, SSJS, GTL, WSProxy).
• Experience with system architecture design and integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with marketing and AI technologies, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
• Knowledge of Salesforce’s technical architecture including APIs and different Salesforce Clouds.
