Role Overview

As an SAP Cloud Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with various SAP and non-SAP applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable integration solutions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Your expertise in SAP Cloud Integration will be vital in optimizing existing processes and introducing best practices in our integration strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications using SAP Cloud Integration.
• Maintain integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows.
• Utilize XSLT and Groovy scripting to enhance integration processes.
• Conduct testing phases to ensure quality and reliability of integration solutions.
• Monitor integration processes and perform troubleshooting as necessary.
• Document integration processes and provide training to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integrations, including pre-packaged and custom integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data models (e.g. Employee Data, Personal Data).
• Experience with web services (SOAP, REST) and data exchange formats (XML, JSON).
• Familiarity with data transformation tools such as JavaScript, XSLT, and Groovy scripting.
• Certifications in SAP Integration Suite are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
