Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP Procurement Lead Consultant with extensive experience in SAP MM and SAP Ariba. This role is pivotal as it involves leading complex sourcing and procurement solution delivery that encompasses strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier onboarding, among other critical functions. The consultant will work closely with a global dairy and nutrition business, ensuring an optimized procurement process through effective solution architecture and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and design end-to-end processes spanning sourcing, supplier selection, contract authoring, and operational procurement.
• Oversee advanced configuration in SAP MM and drive SAP Ariba solution ownership.
• Implement enterprise-grade SAP Ariba Contracts and ensure best practices for contract management.
• Manage integration architecture between MM and Ariba modules, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.
• Support complex procurement scenarios and act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and lead fit-gap workshops and design reviews.
• Collaborate with various teams to establish governance controls, compliance frameworks, and KPI measurement standards.
• Mentor junior team members and encourage leadership in various operational aspects of the project.
