Role Overview

As a SAP Solutions Engineer at Avantra, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating closely with Global Services Integrators (GSI) sales and presales teams. Your primary focus will be to design and architect Avantra-based solutions that effectively address complex challenges faced by end-customers in dynamic SAP environments. You will also engage in partner enablement, providing technical training and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Strategic Presales: Collaborate with GSI sales teams to architect solutions addressing customer challenges across varying SAP landscapes. Demonstrate Avantra’s value propositions and AIOps capabilities.
• Partner Enablement & Technical Training: Lead enablement programs for partners, offering hands-on technical training and conducting workshops. Empower partners to manage Avantra solutions effectively.
• Business Case & ROI Modeling: Create data-driven ROI templates and provide detailed proposal documents, analyzing customer metrics to quantify the impact of Avantra's features.
• Technical Advocacy & Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between Avantra’s engineering and partner teams, supporting proof-of-concept activities and addressing complex queries.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and share best practices and insights with the partner ecosystem to enhance joint solution quality.

This is a remote role based in India, with a preference for candidates located in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, or Pune, and will require periodic travel to multiple locations.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP solutions architecture or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, and SaaS.
• Experience with AIOps platforms and automation solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
