Role Overview

As a SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Integration Developer, you will play a crucial role in our Product Engineering department. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing SAP integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between different business systems. Your expertise will be key in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing our integration interfaces to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident and Ticket Management: Monitor and analyze incident tickets related to integrations, investigating both technical and functional causes to maintain operational integrity.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting Integrations: Utilize SAP Cloud Platform and Cloud ALM/middleware monitoring tools to detect and resolve integration errors or failures timely.
• Error Handling and Reprocessing: Develop and execute routines for error detection and reprocessing of failed data transmissions to ensure business continuity.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for persistent integration issues, proposing and implementing long-term fixes.
• Interface Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update, patch, and enhance integration interfaces (e.g., payroll, time management, benefits systems), ensuring ongoing service delivery.
• Testing of Data Flows: Execute end-to-end and regression testing of integration scenarios following system updates to verify functionality.
• Technical Documentation: Keep integration mapping and data dictionaries up to date, maintaining thorough support documentation for troubleshooting.
• Security and Compliance Checks: Ensure all integrations comply with relevant security standards, including data encryption and access controls.
• Collaboration with Functional Teams: Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to validate data mapping and transformation rules, fostering effective communication and collaboration across teams.

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Cloud Integration certified professional
• Experience in developing and maintaining integration interfaces, including data mappings, transformations, and workflows
• Proficient in XSLT and Groovy scripting
• Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
• Excellent organization, analytical, planning, and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate across multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization
• Strong relationship-building and consulting skills

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceNow and strong BSA skills

Education:
Graduation or equivalent course.
