Role Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors EC Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the configuration and optimal performance of the Employee Central system. Your main focus will be on incident management, system configuration, and collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline processes. You will be responsible for enhancing user experience and ensuring data integrity within HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Incident Triage and Resolution: You will diagnose and analyze functional issues reported by users and take necessary actions including escalation to SAP support.
• Configuration Maintenance: Regularly review and maintain Employee Central configurations, adapting to business needs and rectifying defects as they arise.
• Change Request Management: Document and implement process enhancements and changes following ITIL protocols or client-specific change management procedures.
• User Access and Security Management: Manage role-based permissions and secure access to sensitive data, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
• Release and Regression Testing: Test all upgrades and patches in a controlled environment, validating all changes before production deployment.
• System Health Checks: Monitor the system through dashboards and reports to preemptively identify and resolve anomalies.
• Process Monitoring and Improvement: Proactively identify recurring process inefficiencies and implement improvements where possible.
• Collaboration with Integration Team: Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and resolve any interface issues that arise.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, specifically with Employee Central Certification.
• Strong communication and technical skills.

• Experience managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
• Experience in related SAP SuccessFactors modules like PMGM, RCM is preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and BSA skills is a plus.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred.
