Role Overview

As a SAP SuccessFactors EC Configuration Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the new Global HRIS. You will serve as an advisor and subject matter expert, ensuring that key stakeholders are supported in their engagement activities, localization workshops, and adoption of SuccessFactors. You will also collaborate with technical delivery teams to elicit and implement functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors globally, coordinating with various offices.
• Conduct discussions with key stakeholders to enhance engagement and ensure adoption of SuccessFactors.
• Act as a point of contact for functional requirements and key program decisions across global offices.
• Participate in discussions and collaborate with client-facing and technical teams for efficient implementation of business solutions.
• Provide recommendations on best practices for standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology.
• Ensure timely escalations, project metrics and status reporting are accurate and clear for project stakeholders.
• Manage user access and security by overseeing role-based permissions and ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with integration teams to resolve interface issues effectively and maintain seamless data flow.
• Utilize strong configuration expertise with Employee Central, including Data Models, Business Rules, Workflows, and more.
• Update and maintain standard SAP workbooks through iterative cycles, providing support throughout System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

The salary for this position is estimated at ₹90,000 - ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on experience and expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience with a minimum of 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification with updated link in Credly.
• Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
• Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization environment.
• Strong relationship building and consulting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAFe methodology
• Experience in other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, RCM etc.
