Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant - Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, specifically within the Employee Central (EC) module, to drive successful HR implementations and support. You will work closely with internal HR teams and external tech support, managing day-to-day operations and facilitating system releases effectively while ensuring that client HR needs are optimized within the SAP framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Implementations: Oversee end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring seamless migration and support for Employee Central and ECP.
• System Operations: Handle daily system operations, monitor role-based permissions, and conduct data audits to maintain integrity and security.
• Release Management: Actively participate in testing new features during the bi-annual system releases, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and project alignment.
• Design Workshops: Lead workshops aimed at gathering requirements and mapping them to the SAP SuccessFactors system, ensuring a tailored approach to meet specific client needs.
• Testing and Validation: Develop comprehensive testing scenarios to ensure correct system functionality prior to going live, ultimately contributing to client satisfaction and system reliability.
• Industry Insights: Bring insights from FMCG and refinery sectors to improve project outcomes and adapt practices to client environments.

The role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across different teams and levels within the organization. Candidates must possess a mandatory SAP SuccessFactors certification, affirming their expertise and readiness to contribute to our clients’ success.

1. 8+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 6+ years specifically in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
2. Strong experience as a Functional Implementation Consultant with demonstrable knowledge in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
3. Experience functioning as an HRIS Analyst or SF-Administrator within the Employee Central Module.
4. Ability to manage day-to-day operations, role-based permissions, data audits, and user access.
5. Familiarity with release management and testing new features during bi-annual system releases.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal HR stakeholders and external tech support.
7. Ability to lead design workshops for requirement gathering to map client needs to the SAP SuccessFactors framework.
8. Demonstrated testing skills, creating test scenarios to ensure system functionality before the go-live phase.
9. Industry experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and/or refinery sectors is a strong advantage.
10. Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s).
