Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and analytical SEO Analyst to join our full-time, on-site team in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you will take ownership of SEO research, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients. You will work closely with our Client Success Management, India Project Managers, and the central strategy team based in Europe. A solid understanding of modern SEO frameworks, AI search trends, and the ability to leverage GenAI tools to improve research and documentation will set you apart. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, is structured in their approach, and can communicate complex insights with clarity to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Analysis: Conduct keyword research aligned with business goals, perform technical and SEO audits, and provide actionable recommendations for client websites. Use analytics tools to interpret performance, diagnose issues, and identify opportunities. Optionally leverage GenAI tools to speed up research and documentation.
• Strategy & Execution: Build and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that deliver measurable improvements. Identify new growth opportunities and account expansion possibilities.
• Communication & Collaboration: Coordinate with the Client Success Management team on performance, timelines, and strategy. Discuss tasks and planning with India Project Managers. Present structured performance reports and insights to clients during review meetings.
• Reporting: Prepare structured, high-quality performance reports. Lead client review meetings and present insights clearly and concisely.

• Tracking: Google Tag Manager
• CMS: Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore
• Productivity: GenAI tools (ChatGPT or similar)
• Methodologies: Technical SEO, GEO (Global Engine Optimization), AI search optimization, enterprise B2B strategies

Minimum Qualifications (Mandatory)

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proficiency with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC
• Experience setting up tracking via Google Tag Manager
• Practical experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT or similar) for efficiency
• Proven track record building and executing SEO strategies
• Knowledge of GEO (Global, English & Other) and AI search
• Strong analytical mindset
• Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
• Bachelor’s degree (any field)
