Role Overview

This is a mid-level position requiring 1-4 years of experience, suitable for professionals with an MBA, PGDM, or equivalent postgraduate degree in Finance, IT, or related fields. The role acts as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of investment transaction projects, client satisfaction, and seamless integration of technology solutions. The position demands strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, Macros, and SQL proficiency, and a deep understanding of financial concepts, particularly in alternative investments such as asset-based lending, commercial real estate, and middle-market financing for EMEA and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support in various aspects of investment transactions, including performing/non-performing loan portfolios, real estate, middle-market, and specialty financing.
• Take accountability for end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Provide direction and oversight to the implementation team throughout the product implementation and post-implementation cycles.
• Address client-specific needs by conducting ad-hoc analytics, portfolio monitoring, surveillance, and reporting.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the client and the development team, acting as a Business Analyst for platform features, client changes, and issues.
• Act as an extended client team for asset management reporting, financial due diligence, post-deal analysis, and business planning.
• Proactively identify and address potential conflicts or issues within the team or between multiple stakeholders using effective conflict resolution strategies.

Proven track record of strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Deep interest and appreciation for technology with relevant work experience. Knowledge of Alternative Investments in various asset classes (Asset-based lending, Commercial Real Estate, Middle-Market) for EMEA & US will be preferred.
