Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Analyst – AVEVA Label Printing to join a forward-looking manufacturing transformation project in Bangalore. As a senior contributor, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AVEVA-based label printing solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, support, and continuous improvement. This role demands deep technical expertise in AVEVA manufacturing applications, strong integration skills with SAP and shopfloor systems, and the ability to consult effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a solid background in discrete manufacturing processes and a passion for driving innovation in manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of AVEVA-based manufacturing applications, with a focus on label printing solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Drive solution design, configuration, and deployment, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
• Support seamless integration with SAP, shopfloor systems, PLCs, and IoT devices to enable real-time data flow and process automation.
• Handle production support, including root cause analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for system optimization and process enhancement.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective adoption of manufacturing solutions across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and quality, to drive digital manufacturing transformation.
