Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst - Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational functions and leadership dynamics of Amazon InCommunities, which coordinates extensive community programs and CSR initiatives across India and globally. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with exemplary organizational skills, ensuring effective coordination of senior leadership activities, team operations, and community events. Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership Support

   • Manage complex calendars for senior leaders across various time zones (UK, US, APAC).
   • Schedule meetings and manage executive correspondence efficiently.
   • Provide administrative support to the global head and regional leads, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

2. Team Operations

   • Plan and execute team offsites, handling all logistics including travel and venue arrangements.
   • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by coordinating schedules and preparing necessary materials.
   • Engage the team through events and internal gatherings while maintaining accurate records and documentation of administrative activities.

3. Events and Community Programs

   • Facilitate large-scale community events through effective planning and coordination.
   • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
   • Provide on-site support during events to enhance attendee experience.

Work Requirements

• Preferred working hours are 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST.
• Occasional travel required between Hyderabad and Mumbai for events and operational needs.
• The role necessitates in-office presence predominantly, with flexibility for situational work-from-home arrangements.

Requirements

• 5–6 years in Executive Administration, Team Administration, Executive Assistant, or Operations Coordination roles.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or global teams.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-timezone calendars independently.
• Proven experience in organizing and executing events, offsites, or large-scale team meetings end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in calendar and scheduling tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, MS Teams, Zoom).
• Solid command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project and task tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar).
• Attention to detail and strong follow-through.
