Role Overview

As a Senior Analyst in the Platform Solution Group (SET), you will be a key bridge between client needs and technical solution delivery. You will design, configure, and customize web-based tools from Oxane's suite to address specific requirements within the private credit market. This role is deeply client-facing, involving pre-sales support, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) setups. You will leverage strong SQL skills and basic JavaScript knowledge to tailor solutions, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful client engagements. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or a similar technical client-facing role, combined with a solid understanding of private credit asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Problem Solving: Analyze client business challenges and configure Oxane's platform to meet their needs within the private credit market.
2. Demo & Proof of Concept (PoC) Setup: Configure and maintain technical environments for product demos, client trials, and PoCs, ensuring solutions are effectively tailored to client objectives.
3. Technical Expertise: Use SQL to query data, generate reports, and develop customized solutions. Apply basic JavaScript for product customizations and integrations as needed.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and successful delivery of client-specific solutions.
5. Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise during demonstrations, evaluations, and PoCs, understanding client requirements and aligning configurations with their business objectives.
6. Private Credit Market Knowledge: Apply strong understanding of asset classes including Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Private Lending (PL), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO), and Middle Market Lending (MM).
7. Pre-Sales Consulting: Design, configure, and present tailored product demonstrations to prospective clients, helping them understand how the platform addresses their business challenges.

Key Requirements

Experience

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role within Finance, Technology, or Consulting sectors.
• Prior experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, or Client-Facing Technical roles is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong command of SQL for data querying, analysis, and manipulation.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript for customization and integrations is an added advantage.
• Ability to work with web-based applications, databases, and technical configurations.
