Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with extensive experience in UiPath development to ensure the quality, stability, and support readiness of automation solutions as they transition from the Development team to the Managed Services (MS) team. This role is crucial in combining technical quality assurance, code review, transition governance, production stabilization, and enhancement development to deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Transition & Handover: Lead the end-to-end transition of automation processes, validate readiness before production support handover, ensure documentation accuracy, and conduct transition readiness assessments. Organize Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions and close transition observations effectively.
• Code Review & Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous UiPath code reviews, validate workflow architecture, and propose optimizations for maintainability and performance. Ensure adherence to coding standards and governance guidelines throughout the development cycle.
• Testing & Validation: Review various testing results including Developer Unit Testing (DUT), SIT, and UAT, while conducting independent testing to ensure production readiness.
• Production Stabilization: Provide support during the hypercare period, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production failures, and monitor production health for recommendations on improvements.
• Enhancement Development: Develop and implement automation enhancements, support change requests, and create reusable components to optimize existing automation frameworks.
• Governance & Documentation: Maintain checklists, ensure up-to-date documentation, and prepare reports regarding transition and quality statuses.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with architects, developers, QA engineers, and project managers to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• 5+ years of UiPath Development experience
• Strong knowledge of REFramework and enterprise automation architecture

• Experience with Orchestrator, Assets, Queues, Triggers, and Logs
• Knowledge of exception handling and retry mechanisms
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
