Role Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst at New Vision, you will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams. Your primary responsibility will be to translate intricate business requirements into actionable backlog items, ensuring that all items align with technical and architectural standards. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking and business acumen to make sure that all strategies align with our overarching platform goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize functional and technical requirements as well as maintaining the product roadmap.
• Engage in understanding business needs to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Document and communicate requirements clearly for the product development team, defining them in work items like epics, features, and user stories.
• Foster ownership of the backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring clarity in requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, actively participating in all ceremonies and managing the progression of sprints.
• Work alongside architects to detail API contracts and data flows, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with governance and system standards.
