Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Process Improvement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project environments.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
