We are looking for a ClickHouse Pro Engineer with 3+ years of experience to architect, implement, and optimize large‑scale OLAP/vector databases at Kognitive Networks. In this role, you will design and tune multi‑terabyte ClickHouse (or similar OLAP/vector DB systems like Druid, DuckDB) for speed, reliability, and scalability. Your work will directly integrate with analytics dashboards and AI pipelines, shaping how data flows across our product stack. Beyond hands‑on engineering, you will mentor engineers, simplify complex technical concepts, and drive performance improvements end‑to‑end.

3+ years of experience with ClickHouse or comparable OLAP/vector databases (Druid, DuckDB). Strong understanding of database architecture, indexing, partitioning, and distributed query execution. Proficiency in SQL and performance tuning for analytical workloads. Experience with data pipeline tools (Kafka, ETL frameworks) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring solutions. Excellent communication and mentorship skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for cross‑functional audiences.
