Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient data flow across the organization. You will work closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements, integrate diverse data sources, and optimize data processing workflows. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines to support business and analytics needs.
• Develop and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and database structures for efficient storage and retrieval.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all pipelines and systems.
• Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Automate data workflows using orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues related to data flow, latency, or failures.
• Implement data governance, security, and access control best practices.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to deploy and manage data infrastructure.
• Maintain documentation of data architecture, pipelines, and processes.
• Stay updated with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in data engineering.

2–3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in backend data systems. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, Google BigQuery, etc.). Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark or Kafka. Understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and CI/CD practices. Must own a laptop.
