Role Overview

As a Senior Field Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of innovative educational solutions across various institutions in India. Your passion for education and relationship-building skills will help foster partnerships with schools, colleges, libraries, and government organizations, enabling them to adopt groundbreaking educational resources and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Promote Johan Brown Publishing's diverse products, including books, digital platforms, and institutional solutions.
• Develop new business relationships with educational institutions such as schools, colleges, libraries, coaching centers, and government institutions.
• Present and conduct product demonstrations of flagship brands including SAATH®, Therapedia®, and O-WOW™.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in institutions.
• Generate subscriptions, bulk orders, and opportunities for digital platform integration.
• Manage distributors and channel partners to expand market reach.
• Engage in events such as book fairs and educational conferences to promote products.
• Gather insights on market trends and curriculum updates to inform product development.
• Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, payment collection, and customer support, maintaining accurate CRM records.

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 2–8 years of experience in educational publishing, academic sales, institutional sales, EdTech, or library solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for books, education, and institutional development.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
