Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with a deep command of ReactJS and NextJS to lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. This is an individual contributor role that also carries technical leadership responsibilities — you will shape the frontend architecture, contribute to the design system, and ensure code quality through rigorous reviews and best practices. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on frontend development experience, with a strong portfolio of production-grade applications, and a thorough understanding of state management, API integration, and responsive design principles. Experience working in fintech, banking, or other regulated environments is a distinct advantage. You will collaborate daily with product, backend, QA, and DevOps teams in an Agile/Scrum environment, translating business requirements into elegant technical solutions while mentoring junior members and helping elevate the overall frontend capability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Leverage NextJS features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, the App Router, and API routes to optimize rendering and performance.
• Design and implement state management solutions using Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, and Context API to manage complex application data flows.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and WebSockets to deliver seamless real-time interactions and data synchronization.
• Ensure application security, SEO optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance best practices.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using modern testing tools to ensure high code reliability.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives — and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior frontend developers.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive interfaces.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, and recommend tools that improve developer productivity and user experience.

Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or React Query is essential. A solid understanding of frontend performance optimization, secure coding practices, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams are required. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
