Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on development experience and proven expertise in full-stack architecture and advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and technical decision-making. You will work with a talented team of engineers and stakeholders to drive innovation and technical excellence in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead end-to-end architecture and design of full-stack, cloud-native applications. Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. Drive system scalability, performance, reliability, and security. Review designs, code, and implementations to ensure high quality and maintainability.
• Hands-On Development: Actively contribute to development using .NET Core / C# and modern front-end technologies. Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Collaborate with teams on complex technical problem-solving and optimizations. Support integration of data-driven and AI/ML components into applications.
• Advanced Technologies & Innovation: Design and implement solutions leveraging Data Science, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL). Contribute to Digital Twin architectures, simulations, and real-time system modeling. Work with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps practices. Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging technologies.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence. Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Support delivery planning, estimation, and technical risk management.
