Role Overview

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be an instrumental part of our development team, responsible for the design, development, customization, maintenance, and support of our ERP platform. This role demands a proficient understanding of backend and frontend development, including APIs and database optimization skills. The position requires a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving, where the developer will engage deeply with the technical aspects of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:

  • Design and develop scalable enterprise applications tailored to business needs.
  • Create new modules and enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Maintain adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and technical assessments to ensure quality deliveries.

• Integration Development:

  • Build and maintain RESTful services that facilitate seamless system communication.
  • Support integrations between the ERP platform and external systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.
  • Develop API-based and middleware solutions that interact effectively with various applications.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures and implement robust solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

• Database Development:

  • Design and optimize Oracle database configurations for maximum performance efficiency.
  • Develop PL/SQL packages and procedures that support business logic.
  • Analyze existing queries and offer enhancements for improved performance.
  • Assist in data migration activities ensuring a smooth transition.

• Support & Maintenance:

  • Investigate production incidents promptly and perform root cause analysis to mitigate issues.
  • Implement both corrective and preventive measures to enhance system stability.
  • Participate in release management to streamline deployments.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture discussions, providing technical insights and guidance during solution design.
