Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our product engineering team dedicated to building and enhancing enterprise-grade business applications. In this role, you will leverage your expertise across both frontend and backend technologies to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that support complex business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications across both the frontend and backend layers.
• Build end-to-end features, from database design and API development to user interface implementation.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using clean coding practices and modern design principles.
• Create intuitive dashboards, workflow-driven applications, and business process automation features.
• Design and implement secure APIs, integrations, and business-critical application logic.
• Develop role-based access controls, authentication mechanisms, and data security features.
• Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability.
• Integrate applications with external platforms, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical planning, and sprint activities.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to AI-driven initiatives and leverage Generative AI technologies to improve development productivity.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through testing, documentation, and best engineering practices.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary in the range of ₹1,00,000 - ₹1,80,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skill set.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience building full stack web applications.
• Experience working on enterprise software, SaaS products, ERP platforms, or workflow-based systems.
• Exposure to finance, compliance, legal, or business process management applications is a plus.
