Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer with expertise in React, Java, and Node.js. This role requires taking ownership of application features, from development to deployment, while ensuring high-quality user experiences. You will be involved in both frontend and backend development and will play a crucial part in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of product features, including managing code reviews, pull requests, and merging processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to ensure continuous operation of our applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Implement reusable UI components, handle state management, and focus on performance optimizations to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Develop and maintain backend services utilizing Java and Node.js, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
• Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs to facilitate frontend interactions and support third-party integrations.
• Conduct system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that influence the design of the software.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and structure using SQL-based relational databases and work with various columnar databases for analytics.
• Perform thorough testing including unit, integration, and API tests to ensure the robustness of all software.
• Continuously identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through rigorous testing and refining practices.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred)
  • Node.js
  • RESTful API design and development
  • SQL and relational database systems
  • Experience with Columnar Databases for analytics or large-scale data processing (e.g., ClickHouse, Apache Druid, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code review workflows.
