We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to join our distributed team and lead engineering decisions for Speechify's iOS app, which serves over 50 million users and recently won Apple's 2025 Design Award for inclusivity.

Role Overview

As a Senior iOS Engineer at Speechify, you will join a fast-paced, flat organization where you can lead key engineering and product decisions. With the iOS app now ranked #18 in the Productivity category and recently recognized with Apple’s 2025 Design Award for inclusivity, we need an experienced engineer to support our growing user base and help push the mission forward. Key Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions within a dedicated product team
• Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app
• Participate in product discussions to help shape the product roadmap
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
• Work quickly to generate ideas and decide which features can ship now vs. which need more time
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences
• Engage in a remote, asynchronous culture while maintaining focus and speed
