Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mobile Developer to join our team. The individual will be responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of mobile applications. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of mobile application frameworks and modern development practices, along with a passion for fostering team collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical tasks across teams and ensure efficiency in project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define new business requirements and identify associated risks.
• Act as a liaison between project management and technical teams to ensure best practices are adhered to.
• Responsible for coding standards and practices, managing code quality and reusability in projects.
• Deliver project coding requirements while mentoring junior developers and addressing any technical roadblocks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience including creating business applications with relational and non-relational databases.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical lead role.
• 4+ years of mobile application development experience in Android.
• Advanced knowledge of IT software development methodologies and processes in an Agile environment (Scrum).
• Experience in Full Stack development using C#, Xamarin/Maui, and React Native.
• Proficient with SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle).
• Familiarity with distributed data services (REST APIs, Messaging Buses) and SOA design patterns.
• Experience in multithreaded application design across multiple operating systems (Windows, UNIX).
• Experience using asynchronous messaging frameworks for application integration, preferably Google Firebase.
• Knowledge of source control management using GIT.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to mentor developers, and effectiveness in team collaboration across technology stacks.
