Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior .NET Lead with 8+ years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of critical systems. In this role, you will architect, develop, and deploy distributed, event-driven applications using the latest .NET frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure security, multi-tenant isolation, and compliance while embracing AI-assisted development tools for efficient, high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on technical leadership position that blends deep engineering expertise with strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop distributed, event-driven systems using .NET 8/9 and C# 12+
• Build and deploy microservices in cloud-native environments (AWS with Docker and Kubernetes)
• Design and implement APIs, event flows, and database schemas end-to-end
• Collaborate on modern frontends (React) and ensure seamless integration with backend services
• Ensure security, compliance, and multi-tenant isolation across the platform
• Critically evaluate and use AI-assisted coding, debugging, and documentation tools to accelerate development
• Work with databases including SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions
• Use distributed messaging patterns (MassTransit, event-driven architecture) for reliable system communication
