• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 5 years focused on Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Proven track record as a technical lead in Salesforce implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and integration with external systems
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers and managing cross-functional teams
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant, or equivalent
