• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal role
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems using languages such as Java, Python, or C# and frameworks like Spring Boot or .NET
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in agile environments, with strong skills in system architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and microservices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring best practices in software development
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) and database management (SQL/NoSQL)
