Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap by integrating user feedback, business objectives, and technical insights.
• Define clear, actionable product requirements and specifications aligned with customer needs.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure that engineering efforts are directed toward high-impact initiatives.
• Lead discovery efforts by engaging customers and stakeholders to uncover significant problems worth solving.
• Collaborate with engineers to plan sprints, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality product releases.
• Maintain product usability, performance, and completeness standards for broader adoption.
• Contribute to product enablement through the creation of onboarding documentation and support materials.
• Track and evaluate product performance and adoption metrics to guide future iterations and enhancements.
• Stay updated on emerging technical trends, such as AI, embedded systems, and data platforms, to inform product expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software or platform company.

• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, define product specs, and collaborate closely with engineering.
• Experience working in early-stage or evolving product environments.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Curiosity about real-world problems and openness to exploring both software and hardware-based solutions.
• Technical fluency sufficient to understand trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineers.
