Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Wealth Management to join our dynamic team. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, focusing on building and managing client relationships without the responsibility of handling a team. You will be instrumental in self-sourcing clients and enhancing the company’s reputation as a trusted financial advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI and affluent clients to understand their financial needs and objectives.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess portfolio performance and make recommendations for clients’ investments.
• Self-source new clients through networking, referrals, and other outreach methods, ensuring consistent growth of the client base.
• Provide expert advice on Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Bonds, and other investment products.
• Stay updated with market trends and changes in financial regulations to advise clients accurately.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business through effective client management and sales strategies.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions to ensure compliance and quality control.

• 2+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory
• Proven experience in self-sourcing HNI/Affluent clients
• Strong B2C sales and relationship management skills
• Mandatory experience in Mutual Funds
• Exposure to PMS, AIF, Bonds, and other investment products is an added advantage
• Stable career with a strong sales track record
