Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive channel sales and business growth across the assigned territory. This role is crucial in developing and managing dealer and distributor networks, achieving sales targets, increasing market penetration, and strengthening relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to navigate the competitive landscape of the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network.
• Identify new business opportunities and appoint new channel partners.
• Ensure effective secondary sales and market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and influencers.
• Execute promotional activities, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
• Submit regular sales reports, market intelligence, and business forecasts to management.
• Drive brand visibility and market share growth within the assigned territory.

• Good understanding of market dynamics and competition.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience as Area Sales Manager in the Building Materials industry.
• Experience in handling dealer/distributor networks is mandatory.
• Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Candidates with local market knowledge of Delhi and surrounding regions will be preferred.

Preferred Background

• Candidates from Plywood, Laminates, MDF, Particle Board, Decorative Veneers, Hardware, Paints, Tiles, Sanitary ware, Cement, Steel, Roofing Sheets, ACP, or other Building Material industries will be given preference.
