Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role as an in-house consultant, focusing on developing customized solutions that meet business needs. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to align with business requirements.
• Write clean, scalable code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Build and maintain Salesforce flows, process builders, and workflows.
• Support system administration tasks including user setup, permissions, and security settings.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, ETL tools, and SQL.
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
• Execute unit tests and perform code reviews for quality assurance.
• Maintain documentation on system configurations and custom workflows.

Tech Stack

• Languages & Frameworks: Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Salesforce Technologies: Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, Workflows.

Salary

The compensation for this role is ₹83,333 - ₹1,50,000 per month, equivalent to an annual salary ranging from ₹1,000,000.00.

Requirements

• Salesforce Certified: Platform Developer I is required; Platform Developer II is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in Salesforce development (Apex classes, triggers - schedulable and batchable).
• Proficiency: Strong understanding of Visualforce pages and controllers.
• Salesforce Lightning Experience: Hands-on experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components).
• Declarative Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with Flows, Process Builders, and Workflows.
• APIs & ETL Processes: Knowledge of Salesforce APIs, SQL, and ETL.
• Frontend Skills: JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• CPQ Experience: Understanding of configuration rules and quote templates.
• Salesforce Einstein: Working knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• CI/CD Experience: Familiarity with CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
• DevOps Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps processes.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
