Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Analyst, you will be a key player in enhancing our digital marketing efforts. Your responsibility will be to devise and implement effective SEO strategies that boost traffic, ranking, and authority across diverse digital platforms. You will thrive in a dynamic and creative environment, collaborating with like-minded professionals to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze SEO performance using GA4, GSC, and other tools to deliver actionable insights.
• Track keyword movements, traffic trends, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements.
• Audit competitor strategies and identify content gaps to enhance our offerings.
• Investigate fluctuations in traffic and keywords to optimize strategy effectively.
• Develop dashboards and reports that summarize performance metrics and insights for stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of digital trends and leverage insights to improve performance continuously.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize content clusters and overall SEO strategy.
• Calculate cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (CLV), and other key marketing metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (or a strong passion for SEO).
• Minimum 3.5+ years’ experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, GSC, SEMRush, and ScreamingFrog.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for search trends and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple SEO tasks.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a plus.
• Ability to spot trends, derive insights, and turn data into action.
