Role Overview

As a Senior SEO Analyst at Houzeo, you'll be tasked with planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies that enhance website traffic, improve search rankings, and establish the site's authority across digital platforms. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment and is passionate about digital marketing, providing an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools.
• Monitor keyword movements, traffic trends, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements.
• Conduct audits of competitor strategies and identify gaps in content.
• Investigate traffic spikes/drops, keyword fluctuations, and their implications on performance.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and optimize content for better performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance content clusters and overall SEO strategy.
• Calculate customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and other key marketing metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or strong passion for SEO)

• Strong analytical skills and keen eye for search trends and performance metrics
• Organizational skills to manage multiple SEO tasks
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors (nice to have)
