Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead our organic growth efforts for our SaaS platform. This is a senior role that demands autonomy and expertise, as you will be responsible for developing and implementing an effective SEO strategy that drives qualified organic traffic and improves search visibility throughout the sales funnel. You should be adept at managing strategy, execution, and stakeholder relationships within a B2B/SaaS context.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), specifically targeting AI-led search platforms like Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT Search.
• Develop and optimize answer-driven content around buyer queries, product comparisons, integrations, and high-intent SaaS questions to enhance visibility in search queries.
• Lead the comprehensive SEO strategy, addressing technical, on-page, content, and off-page components across all digital platforms, including the marketing site and product documentation.
• Construct and manage a keyword and topic authority roadmap that aligns with the ideal customer profile and buyer’s journey.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and development teams to uncover SEO opportunities in product-led growth areas.
• Drive technical SEO initiatives covering site structure, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, and structured data implementation.
• Maintain and present SEO reporting and forecasting, tracking organic traffic, SEO performance metrics, and revenue attribution.
• Conduct competitive analyses and SERP evaluations to discover emerging trends and areas for improvement in SEO strategy.
• Stay ahead of updates in search algorithms and adapt to evolving SEO practices, including those influenced by AI and generative search technologies.

• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site migrations and JS frameworks.
• Strong command of SEO tools: Ahrefs/SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio.
• Experience with topic clusters and managing SEO through a product-led growth lens.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to present to cross-functional teams.
