Role Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable web applications that address complex challenges within the industrial landscape. You will be part of a talented team that leverages world-class technology to make significant contributions to a client’s operational efficiency and success. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on React.js for the frontend and Ruby on Rails for backend services.
• Build robust backend services and APIs tailored for high-demand, data-intensive applications.
• Optimize database schemas and queries, as well as develop data pipelines utilizing technologies like MongoDB and Redis.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience.
• Deploy applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and performance reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable code, and ensure rigorous testing to uphold best engineering practices.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions to enhance system architecture and design decisions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, React.js, MongoDB, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience building scalable web applications and distributed systems.
• Familiar with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Preferred: Experience with Industrial IoT platforms, microservices architecture, and Agile/Scrum processes.
