• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in aerospace or defense industries
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, and embedded systems development
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and avionics software standards (e.g., DO-178C)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite in Aguadilla and remote)
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in defense-related projects due to ITAR requirements
