We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (SDE III) to join our engineering team and take end-to-end ownership of technology products. In this role, you will design, build, test, deploy, and continuously improve scalable, production-grade systems that serve millions of concurrent users. You will work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you are expected to make independent architecture and technology decisions, adapt to evolving requirements, and mentor junior engineers. This is a high-impact position where your contributions directly shape the gaming experiences of millions of players worldwide.
Extensive programming experience of 4+ years in one or more languages such as C++, C#, Java, GoLang, or Python, with expertise in object-oriented design and development. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Go, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, NATS, and ReactJS; the technology stack will continue to evolve over time. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Experience with game development frameworks and engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Cocos) is a plus. Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions. Experience leading and mentoring developers, driving technical excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
