Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, enterprise-grade applications. As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in .NET and Angular to deliver high-quality software solutions while embracing AI tools to enhance development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Ownership: Responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions in a collaborative environment.
• Solution Design: Analyze requirements and design scalable technical solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
• Application Development: Build secure, performant applications utilizing the .NET ecosystem and Angular frameworks.
• Code Quality & Architecture: Produce clean, maintainable code while adhering to architectural principles and best practices.
• AI-Driven Development: Utilize AI tools to accelerate development processes, improve code quality, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Standards & Security: Help evolve company standards for software development and security compliance while ensuring adherence.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation to guide implementation and support processes.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering an environment of growth and learning.

Tech Stack

• Backend Technologies: .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL Server, RESTful APIs.
• Frontend Technologies: Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Kiro, Claude Code.
• Testing Frameworks: NUnit, xUnit, MSTest.

Work Timings

The role requires availability from 2 PM to 11 PM IST to facilitate collaboration with our US teams. Employees are expected to work a hybrid model, with at least two days in the office based in Hyderabad. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary to respond to emergencies or client needs.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 5–8 years of professional software development experience
• Proven experience delivering web-based, full-stack solutions
• Strong expertise with C#, ASP.NET, .NET / .NET Core
• Solid experience with Angular and modern frontend development
• SQL Server development and optimization
• RESTful API design and microservice-based architectures
• Experience with design patterns like MVC and Dependency Injection (DI)
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Kiro)
• Experience with testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices

Preferred Skills:

• Git/GitHub source control
• Database security concepts
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS or legacy system modernization (including C++)
