Role Overview

We are in search of a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect who thrives in complex environments and is adept at solving enterprise-scale challenges. In this consulting role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to architect scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for leveraging technology to tackle business problems, lead effective architecture discussions, mentor engineering teams, and influence technical strategies while driving modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will:

• Design Enterprise Solutions

  • Translate business objectives into comprehensive technology solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end enterprise architecture and create solution designs and implementation strategies.
  • Maintain the scalability, security, resilience, and maintainability of solutions.

• Drive Digital Transformation

  • Partner with business and technology leaders to enhance enterprise capabilities such as customer experience platforms, cloud modernization, API strategies, and AI-enabled business solutions.

• Lead Architecture Decisions

  • Own key architectural decisions spanning solution architecture, application architecture, cloud architecture, and data architecture while ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.

• Enable Engineering Teams

  • Provide guidance and support to engineering teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and removing technical blockers.

• Partner with Clients

  • Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to facilitate discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.

• Establish Technical Standards

  • Define and promote architecture principles, design standards, and security standards to improve project delivery quality across the organization.

Salary

• ₹1,66,667 - ₹2,91,667 per month.

• 12+ years in enterprise software engineering, architecture, or technical consulting.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern application architecture, APIs, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and integration patterns.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and working with business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical excellence.
