• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably within the technology or software industry
• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of employment laws, diversity and inclusion practices, and employer branding
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high attention to detail
