Role Overview

As a Senior Test Automation Engineer, you will be a pivotal member of the Digital Assurance team, responsible for ensuring that cutting-edge network security features are robust and reliable through automated testing. Your role demands a combination of technical expertise, collaborative skills, and a strong commitment to quality assurance in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to validate the performance and functionality of network security features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Enhance the stability and reliability of tests by integrating capabilities like retry logic and improved diagnostics for failures.
• Collaborate across teams in the development process to facilitate quality and consistency in automation efforts.
• Embed automated test suites into existing CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous validation and minimize regression risks.
• Validate features across various networking appliances to cover broad operational scopes and configurations.
• Manage the testing of scenarios that involve complex networking behaviors including high availability, clustering, and upgrading procedures.
• Investigate automation test failures, pinpoint root causes, and restore reliability to the automated testing infrastructure.
• Keep the documentation associated with testing processes, pipelines, and tools up to date for team reference.
