Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior UI UX Designer who is proficient in both UX and UI design to take charge of end-to-end product design for our software as a service (SaaS) portfolio. This role blends hands-on design with team leadership. You will oversee a team of around five designers, ensuring the quality of their output while also contributing directly to design tasks. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced IT environment and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without requiring micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Product Design: Own the complete design process, which includes conducting user research, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and producing polished final UI designs.
• User Engagement: Conduct user research and usability testing to influence key design decisions based on user needs and product objectives.
• Design Systems & Craft Standard: Maintain and develop design systems, component libraries, and ensure consistent design quality across all products.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage a small team of designers by establishing priorities, reviewing design work, and supporting their professional development. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation.

Tech Stack

• Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Understanding of Front-End Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred for effective collaboration with development teams.
• Experience with AI Tools: Familiarity with AI design tools such as Figma AI or Uizard is a plus.

• 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX / product design experience with a strong portfolio.
