Role Overview

We are actively seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences for both mobile and web applications. In this role, you will engage with founders and teams to understand their business objectives and translate those into compelling product designs. You will be at the forefront of the design process, bringing concepts to life and ensuring a seamless transition from design to development.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to grasp their business goals and user needs.
• Conduct thorough research to develop user personas, journeys, and effective information architectures.
• Present your findings and design proposals to clients, articulating the rationale behind your decisions.
• Create low and high-fidelity wireframes during pre-sales and post-sales phases to guide user experience.
• Collaborate closely with the development team, providing guidance and support throughout the user journey.
• Design high-quality user interfaces, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive engagement.
• Ensure that all design assets are readily available for the development team, facilitating a smooth handoff process.
• Review development builds and provide actionable feedback to ensure the adherence to UX/UI standards and recommendations.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Figma and design thinking methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of app development processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with human interface guidelines and scrum methodology would be a plus.
